Had a wonderful experience with Mimi. After communicating via email she confirmed she would be able to treat my concerns so I felt reassured going into my appointment. She was transparent about price and specifically stated she could work within my budget, gave me lots of information so I understood what the process and outcomes would be, was a gentle and calming practitioner and read my body language, offering me breaks during treatments before I realized I needed them. I had an amazing facial done by Rachel at Medispa! She did such an incredible job—her technique was perfect, and the massage during the facial was sooo relaxing. I came to this spa not long ago. I had already book my appointment a week prior. Only for me to get there in person and after giving more information on my condition I was told the job could not me done. I was already frustrated as a first time customer and the esthetician not feeling sorry for the lack of information that was given to me. As I am seating on the chair at the entrance waiting for my ride. The esthetician Felicia comes up to me in front of the clients and other worker and tells me “feel free to leave”. That was really disrespectful for me because what made her think I was not going to choose another treatment. I was not seating in the consultation room anymore I was seating at the entrance. Since when a doctor or a customer service agents says to a client who’s seating in peace in a waiting room feel free to leave. Her word was really out of place and almost as if I was being kicked outside. Maybe she thought I was a homeless with no where to go idk or I was not missing my own job for this appointment Anyway Good luck to the future customer.

I’ve just completed my third electrolysis session with Felicia and I am so impressed. She targets a lot of hairs in a short span of time and is extremely detail oriented. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories of hyperpigmentation and blisters from electrolysis, while I understand that can still happen, I’ve had no issue of the sort with Felicia, I truly believe it’s because of how professional and good she is at her craft. But above all, she is so kind, flexible and sweet! The last two appointments, I came in as a mess from being slightly late and needing to take care of an emergency, she was so kind and so understanding. Above my expectations!! I am so glad I chose to go to this location! Lovely service and lovely people, I appreciate their hospitality. Looking forward to my next appointments! Many thanks:)
