I just got discharged from Ottawa PT and Sports Clinic after 7 months of working with Theo. I had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. Theo is very knowledgeable in his field and was great to work with! It was evident in my time there that the staff are all friendly and attentive to their clients. I highly recommend this clinic!

The atmosphere here is always great and everyone is always super kind. I would highly recommend anyone to go with Yannick. He does amazing work, he’s very professional, and I always feel like a whole new person after my sessions with him. I really appreciate his hard work and I hope others decide to join so they can benefit from his unparalleled level of service.

I came to see Theo after injuring my ankle and not being able to walk/put weight on it. Today I am back to full competitive soccer activity. Since the first session, Theo explained to me my injury and the plan to recover step by step. He taught me a variety of exercises and tested the improvement at the beginning of every session. He constantly provided feedback. Every session, he either stretched, massaged and released my calf muscles. He helped me gain back mobility with his treatment. Theo was exceptional during the process and I am very pleased that I went to see him. A top notch professional.

The staff is incredible. They are highly skilled and have a great report with their clients. The schedule is also excellent with plenty of after hours appointments. There are several therapists, and are available for rush needs. The results have been superb each time I have needed physiotherapy, and I will continue to be their client and will recommend their services to friends and family with confidence that they will receive the highest quality of care

I've been a client now for two different issues, and with two different physiotherapists. My experience with OPTSC-Westboro has been excellent. While the place is busy, my most recent physiotherapist has been professional, honest with me (my bad...), and highly attentive. He made a point of knowing about me as a person to understand not only my physical symptoms, but how I was actually feeling about my progress, or lack of progress at various times. Apart from my own care, I've observed a high level of professionalism among the other physiotherapists who were at work while I was there. There is a team spirit among them, and they all appear to love doing their jobs, which I think made my time there more enjoyable. Another benefit for me was to be able to go for my sessions in the evening or on weekends, when things at work were simply too busy to step away from during the day. All in all, a great experience. I won't say that I'm looking forward to my next injury, but when it happens, I know that they'll have my back (or wrist/shoulder/knee or whatever). ;o)
