The employees at Otto’s are so kind and thoughtful! Edgar, Teri, and Levent took great care of us, engaged us in friendly conversation, and ensured our order was correctly entered before we paid. Also, the tortillas on the breakfast tacos are corn, which is great news for us gluten-free folks. The service was exceptional and the coffee was too! Will definitely be back.

I visited Otto’s Coffee & Fine Foods and had an amazing experience. We met the baristas Nethely and Keelly—thank you both for your great service. Especially Nethely, I’m so grateful for her patience while taking our order; she was incredibly friendly and professional. The place has a lovely classic vibe, and their baked goods are delicious. I loved it so much, I wish there were unlimited stars to give them! ⭐✨

12/25-we were looking for a breakfast place in downtown Dallas. This guy on the street had coffee and directed us to Otto’s. The vibe is so nice 1920s industrial decor — 10/10. I don’t know their names but the young man and the young lady with the short black hair were soooooo nice, patient and courteous as we were getting orders from the rest of our relatives over the phone. We ordered waffles and they ran out the young man went above and beyond to get waffles from the hotel kitchen. That’s what call superior customer service!! Thank you made the visit very memorable 😊🤩

Absolutely loved this place! The iced chai is hands down the best I’ve ever had, especially with the brown sugar and cinnamon. It was SOOO YUMMY!!! The chicken sausage sandwich was also incredibly yummy and hit the spot. The crossiant bun!!! Mmmmm. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your food and drinks. Huge shoutout to Edgar for the great service and for making the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Since moving to Dallas recently I've been looking for a great coffee shop that I could attend, and I've really enjoyed going to Otto's. The atmosphere is really vibrant, and the baristas are always so welcoming and friendly. They have so many great drink options available, and while I typically stick to getting a matcha or chai, everything I've tried has been great! It's always a great day when I start it at Otto's with Edgar, Ale, Terri, Phillip, and Gaby :D
