Well from the very beginning, checking in. I was maybe an hour early for my 2hr check in window. When I got called back for check in it was maybe 10 minutes. I was treated professionally. Heck I think the orderlies said a few words amongst each other just to walk/ride to the back. Everyone did there job to the upmost as if they assumed I was their own boss. The nurses once in recovery paid so much attention that they knew I was not in a right frame of mind. She constantly watched over me, seemingly like I was her only patient. Every nurse, doctor, therapist, heck even the janitor himself showed a care and concern for MY well-being.

I was a late check in. My surgery was Feb 4 at 12:00. Dr Easton is a great surgeon so I knew I was in good hands with he and his team. Dr Easton performed my left hip replacement in 2023. So after surgery and recovery, it was probably around 4:30 when I got to my patient room. So I had the pleasure of getting wonderful care from the night crew. Everyone had such a friendly, caring, respectful work ethic. Great bedside manner. Everyone from kitchen staff, nurses, nurse assistants, and Phlebotomist. Everyone took that extra step and that goes a long way. I understand that the day shift is when things get a bit busier, and it did but everyone was organized and the level of care and professionalism stayed at the forefront. I was discharged and out of there by I:30. I was super impressed with the facility and the great quality care I received at all levels. Thank you.

The lake have the best staff that I have ever seen. From the security guards to the entire staff. They all do a very good job a special shout out to all the nurses and complete staff on the 6th floor and to Mrs Dorian in the surgery center. She is simply the best. She did a great job of taking care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable. She truly needs a raise her professional skills and attitude is the best that I have ever seen. Happy New Year.

The people from the receptionist to the nurses to the nurseassistant, to the physical therapists to the pharmacist, everybody. They were awesome, even the security people were very cordial. Nice and business like, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Even when I was made to stay in additional night. Everything about the situation was absolutely wonderful. I recommend their surgery center to anyone, now, I don't have anybody else to compare it to but they set the bar pretty high as for their care and all related services. And the people are really nice and very genuine. I thoroughly enjoyed my knee replacement surgery...As much as anyone can enjoy such a surgery

The care I received while at OLOL was exceptional and outstanding!! From the nutrition to the Doctors!! Every one was kind and caring!! And trust me I had issues that had to be dealt with on a daily basis!! No one ever complained or mistreated me. My only complaint is they really need to improve the meals they serve!! Great breakfast but the rest is to be determined. Mostly I want to thank and give a big shout out to the nursing staff and everyone that was involved in my.case!!!
