The inside of the store is nice, the merchandises is nice, the prices are average, but it's the staff. I witnessed the woman behind the counter be almost hostile to a customer asking to use the bathroom (I'm sure there's a store policy, but there is a nicer/kinder way to address speak to people.), rude to a person checking out who was having troubled entering a rewards number (If the woman hates people, maybe a customer facing role interacting with the public isn't for her.), and it really colored my experience. And I really hope the store has other employees who are less annoyed that the store has customers.

I scheduled a pickup and Melody and Isaac came, and it was a wonderful experience! They warned me that they might not accept my couch and I totally understood. They did end up taking the couch and were so so helpful. They also let me know a lot about the STD testing and HIV testing that Out of the Closet offers and I loved that.

I really enjoy coming here. There are some fantastic deals. The staff are always really nice and chatty, we donate and purchase stuff from here a lot. It's a great cause too.
