I contracted Out Of This World Plumbing for bathroom drain clearing and work on the dishwasher supply line, and would not call them again or recommend them to my friends. The invoice received was inaccurate (the description did not correspond to the work done), the initial amount charged at the first visit was not deducted from the final amount paid, and I had to ask for it. On closer inspection of the work done, I realized that the initial request to change a valve was not carried out, but I was charged for it. When asked for the discrepancy, I was told that the valve was in good condition (hence not changed) and that they would reimburse me the value of the part, $50. I wonder how much they would charge one if they were to call for a valve replacement (parts and labour)? For the amount paid for this service (which was a lot!!), one would expect honesty and accuracy.

If you have a plumbing need, don’t hesitate to contact this great company. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and professional. I was impressed with them from calling to the end of the job. Before they did any work they explained the breakdown of how the bill will look and what the work would look like. My parents were also impressed that they had all of the right equipment on their truck to carry out the job. We’ve used other cheaper plumbing companies who have to leave the job to get the right equipment etc. I’m living away from my parents and trying to get reliable teams to them to fix issues is hard and we hit jackpot finding this team. Not only that, these guys have comprehensive insurance which made me feel better. Overall this team have been brilliant to deal with. I used the team for my elderly parents and they will be used again any time we need to send plumbers.

Austin and Jeremy did a great job installing my new sink and faucet. He also took a look at my water heater and gave me some quotes and options while he was here. From booking to work being completed it was all super professional. As a security feature, I appreciated that they sent me the name and picture of the person who was coming over.

The team of Austin and Ethan were professional, respectful and patient. They answered all of our questions and concerns. This job included replacement of Poly-B piping and the installation of a new hot water tank. They took the time to explain what was going to be done and followed up with a walk-through review of the work. They installed lever shut off values were required as well as dielectric union connections on the hot water tank. And we were set up on an annual inspection schedule to ensure everything is in good working order. Can’t say how pleased we are with the product and service.

Adam and his coworker [Ethan] replaced 3 toilets along with water supply connections, fixed a leaking kitchen sink, replaced an old bathtub faucet with a new one and installed additional main water shutoff lever. I am extremely satisfied with Adam's professionalism, skills, work performed and most of all, personal character. Adam did not mind me asking various questions, explaining why he's doing what he was doing, what tools, parts he was using and why. Also did not mind me taking lots of photos, videos as I wanted to learn from this experience. In addition, they also alerted me that we had a small gas leak at the furnace which we did not noticed before. Thanks to Adam and Ethan I called the furnace maintenance team to fix the issue. Absolutely would and will recommend OTW and Adam [and Ethan] to anyone!
