Jon from Francis Plumbing was incredible. He was efficient, offered suggestions on how we can save money and completed multiple tasks in a timely manner. He was very polite and thoughtful when explaining what we should and needed to do, and why. I will definitely be calling them again for any other issues that arise. Highly recommend!

Ian and Blair are simply the best of the best. Knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, clean. Ian even diagnosed and fixed two problems with the heating system, even though they were there to install a water heater. I've hired Francis Plumbing a number of times in a number of houses. Never disappointing!

It was time to get out of renting a hot water tank so had Francis come out to replace it. I was extremely satisfied with the Francis team they were efficient and extremely helpful; they were also cautious, professional and extremely willing to share their knowledge. I realized that I also needed to replace a leaking pipe which they sent a plumber out for who did a great job in explaining the options pros and cons of each and pricing of each option without any pressure to go one way or the other. The entire experience was top notch. Thank you Blair, Ian and Matt for your expertise and care especially during a stressful time of potentially not being able to install the tank due to venting issues in my chimney stack. Your care and understanding went a long way to reduce the stress and ability to make an informed decision.

I purchased a new Navian Tankless Water Heater from Francis and had it installed on November 10. The old rental unit was also disconnected and moved to my garage for pick up by the rental company. When I was discussing my water heater options, the Comfort Advisor, Shelley, was very knowledgeable and showed me the expected long term energy costs for both a tank and tankless system. She was also very thorough with her explanations of the work involved for the replacement. The installation was performed by the Appleby brothers. They did a terrific job with the installation and were really nice guys. I especially appreciated the extra care they took to double check that the water pipe and gas line fittings were leak free. The work site was completely cleaned up too. I'm very happy with the whole experience.
