Corey and Alyssa are amazing. I'd been in and out of some short term physical therapy for an acute injury, but didn't get the right guidance for strength and mobility in the long term, so it felt like I was still dealing with the same issues for over a year. I'd gone from being a competitive masters athlete to being told i wasn't experiencing anything unusual for my age, but I wanted life to be better than resting and waiting for pain to decrease. Corey is attentive, patient, and responsive to the immediate needs and my quality of life is far better for it! I needed an approach where we could actively treat the immediate issues and not be hung up on old diagnoses or shrugged off due to middle age. I've since recommended them to several others who were stuck in their pain recovery journey.
Corey is the best in the business. I’ve had 4 separate injuries (right shoulder, left shoulder, Achilles/tendinitis, and meniscus) 2 of which I believed surgery may be required, and thanks to his knowledge + programs implemented, no surgery was needed and all injuries are essentially back to 100% now!
Corey is the first person I recommend when others mention needing PT in the area. He takes the time to listen, then asses, test and importantly adapt. My wife has also seen Alyssa with success also. One of the the reasons I recommend Corey so much is because he's done a lot of strength training himself and is legitimately strong, he's been through his share of lifting injuries, he does the mobility and strengthening exercises that he recommends himself so he gets it. I also have enjoyed Corey's workout programming, it's a great dose of things you don't or wouldn't want to do by yourself but goes a long way to injury proofing and building resilient strength.
I could not recommend this team enough ! Corey has been my PT for a number of years. He has handled all my injuries with a full comprehensive personalized approach that has allowed to maintain my level of fitness and life style in optimal condition. I am a yoga teacher who loves weight resistance training. Corey has helped me A LOT to maintain and even increase BOTH, my range of motion and mobility and strength. I love to have the best of both worlds !!! I HIGHLY recommend him !!!
Outlive Performance, has been integral to keeping my daughter Caitlyn on her path in gymnastics. They have treated her injuries with care and attention to detail. They created a safe and comfortable environment for her to rehabilitate allowing her to focus on getting back to the sport she loves.
