Such a cool place! We encountered a small food court at the Hotel Indigo. The space is a terrific social gathering place. Tim, the Manager at Outpost is an incredibly friendly guy, who wants to make sure your order is exactly how you want it. Outpost gets their WIDE assortment of pastries from a wonderful StL bakery. I was astounded by the number of choices. One of the coolest things about Outpost, is the bricks. "Bricks," you say - yes bricks, as in Legos. They offer sets for rent, and there are a lot to choose from. You gotta go and see the typewriter made from Legos, with moving parts! There's a whole display of wonderful creations. Outpost was started by 2 friends: one, a coffee lover and one, a Lego lover. I could envision this space offering live music, open mic night, or karaoke night. We look forward to going back.
Outpost Coffee & Bricks is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the cozy aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, inviting vibe of a perfectly designed space. The baristas are friendly, knowledgeable, and take real pride in their craft - every cup tastes like it was made just for you. Their lattes are smooth and rich, and the pastries are always fresh and delicious. It's the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done in a peaceful atmosphere. Outpost Coffee & Bricks has definitely become one of my favorite coffee spots --highly recommend!
This place is fantastic, so glad it's here. The coffee is delicious and there are a variety of food options to chose from pastries, crepes, pizzas, burgers. There is a huge patio for outdoor seating plus plenty of indoor seating which is good to chill or get work done
I was immediately greeted by Tim (barista) and had a nice chat with him while he made my macchiato. The drink was very good and shop uses local roaster Goshen coffee. The entire space connects to the Hotel Indigo lobby and is shared by Bel Air Social, Pizzavia and Bel Air Burgers. Very chill vibe and looks like a fun place to visit in the evening for a drink/bite to eat. Overall, great coffee and friendly staff.
Outpost Coffee is inside Belair Social that is inside Hotel Indigo in Central West End, and it’s more than just caffeine! It’s coffee plus Lego rentals. You sip your basic black coffee like me while building your Lego empire. I, being realistic about my Lego skills, skipped to a warm chocolate chip cookie. We love a perfect match, a chocolate chip cookie and a black cup of coffee. Highly recommend this quirky little gem.
