I love coming to Owl's Nest and as an avid reader, I love supporting this small business over big stores. My last 2 visits (most recent being August 24th) the service has been absolutely awful! On this particular day, 2 ladies were working and neither of them said hello. While my friend and I browsed, they were having quite loud personal conversations and neither of them checked in on me or my friend. When it was time to pay, they made me feel very rushed. I don't think I'll be returning.
