Following this situation, the business owner personally reached out to us and offered either a full refund or a replacement bouquet. I was truly happy about this, because no other business has ever taken this kind of responsibility or offered such a solution before. They also mentioned that this is a family-run business and that customer reviews are very valuable to them.
