PTerry’s is one of the best parts about living in Austin. Some say the fries aren’t good, but don’t trust them. The fries taste real and always hit the spot. The ingredients overall feel more authentic and you can’t beat the price. Always hits after a night out too.

I am a frequent drive-thru customer at the P. Terry's on North Lamar near 32nd Street. The food is always fresh and delicious and I love that I can order sandwiches which are not on the menu but are made from ingredients which they have for other sandwiches such as a BLT. However, the single most important thing to me and the reason why I'm writing this review, is that I am disabled and whenever I buy food I need to have it packaged in the largest bag possible so that I can safely carry it into my home using a walker for mobility. I have found that the people who take my order and deliver my order are always very kind, understanding, and cooperative about accommodating my special needs. To me, this says a great deal about the culture at P Terry's. Over the past 4 or 5 years it has become the only drive-thru restaurant that I use regularly. They have my highest recommendation.

I always have very quick and friendly service at this P Terry’s location, staff has it down to a science. I’ve had trouble with order mixups and the like at other locations around Austin, but never this one. Y’all keep doing what you’re doing, the combination of great staff and great prices puts you miles above the rest.

The food came quick, warm and was very tasty. The atmosphere was comfortable and it was easy to hear the other person I was with. It was great experience all around. I also asked for a burger without a bun so that it could be gluten free and the order was correct and it did not upset my stomach. The special sauce is also gluten free and they give it to you on the side to enjoy it as well. 5/5 experience
