Fantastic staff x tranquillity level 10😊 full body massage from Tatiana was out of this world xx she had her work cut out with my horrifically sized stress knots xx 😊. Sauna and steam room were amazing they detoxified a whole year of toxins. Very relaxed happy returning customer 👍😚🥂

Nice little spa but definitely on the small side, no changing rooms so had to get changed in the toilet, but there was only 2 toilets. Lots of lockers available for free. We also had a real struggle booking because they had so few dates available, probably because of the size. Not crowded although we went on a Wednesday afternoon. Staff were very nice and friendly in person at the spa, but we struggled with them by email when trying to book, with them keep contradicting the dates and not being very helpful. Overall we enjoyed it once we finally got yo go, but it really was a struggle to book.

Came here for a spa date package with my boyfriend, pool and sauna were great but the massages from Liv and Ashley were the highlight! Amazing girls, so lovely, will come back very soon!

Decent heated pool and dry and wet sauna options. It has a gym area but is very very small and not well equipped. It would be enough for most people if you are staying at the hotel and only want to put in a short and light workout. The locker rooms are often dirty. I live in Green Quarter and for me the main issue is the attitude of some of the staff at the reception. In order to enter the Spa from outside you need to press the buzzer and wait to be let in. I swear there were times I had to press the buzzer 6-7 times and wait in between to not stress them out. It took them almost 5 minutes to let me in. When I finally asked them kindly ‘if there was something wrong with the buzzer because it is often that I am being left waiting?’, the 20 yo something young woman told me that they “were in the back so they didn’t hear the buzzer”, with a very visible attitude and sour face as if it is so bizarre that I do not want to be kept waiting at the door of my gym for 5 minutes. No “we are sorry” or anything. This is not the first time a reception staff has been rude to their customers and we often chat with other customers about the horrible attitude of some of the staff when we are here. Someone should be at the reception at all times in a place like this. So, a shoutout to the managers. Hire more staff if needed. I will not renew my membership once it expires and I do not recommend this place.

Hygiene problems, the spa rooms are not very clean specially steam room and toilets in the dressing rooms are most of the time without toilet paper. In the winter all the dressing room area is wet .
