Pace did work on our flat roof rowhome. They came out and did an estimate with their drone, fair price and work was scheduled the very next week. They showed up bright and early Monday morning and knocked out the work before lunch. We had a troublesome downspout that they took care of and put fresh coating on both our upper and lower roof. We’re very happy with the work and will be coming back to pace when we need maintenance or another issue comes up.

I also had the pleasure of working with his business partner, Jack, who was incredibly respectful and transparent about everything going on with the roof.
