The quote was detailed and provided transparent pricing. The Pace crew is reliable and efficient and the best part is after 3 rain storms not a drop of water in the house. Pace did work on our flat roof rowhome. They came out and did an estimate with their drone, fair price and work was scheduled the very next week. They showed up bright and early Monday morning and knocked out the work before lunch. We had a troublesome downspout that they took care of and put fresh coating on both our upper and lower roof. We’re very happy with the work and will be coming back to pace when we need maintenance or another issue comes up.

I had a terrible experience with another roofing company that scammed me out of over $5,000 and left my roof in worse shape than before. Not only did they do a horrible job, but it also caused issues for my neighbor, whose roof started leaking as a result. Trying to look for some sorta solution, I came across Pace Roofing, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I spoke with Ernie, I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through everything, from understanding their business to the materials and labor involved. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting the job done right. We scheduled an appointment for 8:30 AM, and not only did they deliver, but Ernie and his team showed up early and got straight to work. The entire job was completed in a clean and professional manner with absolutely no issues or headaches. I also had the pleasure of working with his business partner, Jack, who was incredibly respectful and transparent about everything going on with the roof. The level of honesty and respect they showed was refreshing. If you're in Philadelphia or Jersey and need any roofing work done, Pace Roofing is the only company you should consider. They offer the best prices, ensure you understand every step of the process, and treat you with the respect you deserve. I can't recommend them highly enough!
