This was my first time working with Dory Sailor (rad name, BTW) at Pacific Coast Studio. I needed some VHS tapes digitized before they completely disintegrated, and he had the equipment to make that happen, at a fair price. He was professional, friendly, a pleasant conversationalist, efficient, and detail-oriented (he called to let me know that the digital file format I had originally requested was eating up a ton of hard drive space, and that he could transfer to a more compact format without losing quality). He transferred about 10 hours of VHS footage and had it back to me in less than a week! Highly recommended.
We hired Dory of Pacific Coast Studio to produce a video for my Father's Memorial after he passed in 2020. He also video taped the Service which was held at a large outdoor venue at sunset. He is meticulous, a true professional, and he brings his years of experience to the table in working closely with his clients. He is an artist and a perfectionist. A really great guy to work with. We were extremely happy with the finished product that will serve as a lifetime memory of my Dad.
