The service was warm, kind, and professional. They repaired the lock on my chain and replaced the battery in my plumeria watch while I shopped at the mall. Within an hour, I returned and both items were ready for pickup—perfectly done. Exceptional service, craftsmanship, and true Aloha. Highly recommend. Eō!

Daniel did a wonderful job repairing my heirloom wedding ring. After going to some chain stores I did not feel comfortable having my ring sent to the mainland for repair. Knowing that Daniel has years of experience and it stays right here on island gave me peace of mind. Few years ago my husband broke his wrist then physician said to have his weding ring cut at the jeweler before his finger gets cut off or and the ER will ruin the ring. We went this jeweler they cut it off so effortlessly and didn’t charge ! I just came back and had the ring in the photo done I wear it daily to remember my late husband so thank you Iove the ring also 😍
