Markus helped us purchase our first home back in 2018, so when it came time to sell, there was no question who we’d call. He was the first person we thought of, without hesitation. Here’s the fun part: We listed our home in May 2024 during a tricky market. Interest rates were rising, buyer demand was slowing, and we were up against a tight timeline due to tax considerations (thanks to the 2-out-of-5-year rule on rental properties). Early on, we received a solid offer. Markus advised it was strong given the market, but we passed. We thought we deserved more. Thought we could do better. I thought I had a better sense of the market, that the right buyer would see the same value we did in our beloved property. We waited. And then... nothing. Just crickets. I asked to pull the listing to “refresh interest.” Instead, it triggered a flood of outreach from other agents promising better marketing, quicker results, and “exclusive” buyers. I entertained a few, hoping for a shortcut—but quickly realized: none of that mattered. My trust and loyalty were with Markus—and he was already running the right playbook from day one. The most important thing in a client-agent relationship is trust. Markus didn’t just stick around, he kept showing up, kept advising, kept pushing. We staged, re-shot, and with our backs against the wall, he pulled off the unthinkable: not only securing a deal within our tight timeline, but successfully representing both sides of the transaction. That wasn’t luck. That was experience, skill, and relentless commitment. Trust him implicitly. Start there. It will save you from unnecessary worry and heartache—he won’t let you down. But dammit, give him the freedom to do what he does best. We don’t know better, even when we think we do.

Markus was referred to me by my family. This alone is important to me, as referrals go a long way with me. I had a specific type of house in mind, and I was fairly specific about the mandatory items and the ones I was flexible on. Every time I called Markus to see a house, he had several options ready for my viewing. As we viewed houses, Markus was up front with his opinion on whether he thought it was the right house for me, and he was absolutely correct. We bought a house... but then found an even better house, and Markus made the process extremely smooth, and he was always available for a call or meeting. I strongly recommend the use of Markus's knowledge and skill in the real estate market!

Our company worked with Markus to sell a duplex in Ocean Beach, and he and his Pacific Real Estate team delivered! As someone who works with real estate agents often, Markus is at the top of the list when it comes to professionalism, communication and having his client's best interest at heart. The listing we gave him was not an easy one as we went over budget on our renovation and had to list higher than we wanted to. That did not stop Markus and team from bringing tons of qualified buyers through the home from the jump. He makes stuff happen, and I cannot recommend using him to sell your home or investment property enough. He is great to work with, and you can rest assured he will do his absolute best for you.

My husband and I worked with Markus Feldman on selling our condo in Mission Hills. Markus was recommended to us by our friends and they said he was the best. Needless to say he did not disappoint. We felt instantly comfortable and confident in his knowledge, recommendations and guidance. He knows what he is doing. Selling or buying a home is extremely intimidating but he put us as ease the whole way. He is a perfectionist in a good way and did not settle for second best when coming to photos/video for the listing. We listed our condo and within 4 days had 4 offers all over asking price. We accepted an offer and closed in less than 30 days. It was seamless and so easy- almost too easy but due to his expertise and experience we ended up with the best comp per square footage that the building has had so far. He truly cares about his clients while selling and even afterwards. He connected us with a realtor in Oregon for our next home purchasing experience. Thank you Markus, we cannot thank you enough.
