We took a group here for my son's 12th birthday and it was a fantastic day. The referees were very clear about saftey being their #1 priority, and took those rules seriously (which I appreciated!). The boys had the best time interacting with the refs, they really made it a fun experience. The winter specials are an insane deal! We will definitely be back!

*edit* To the owner- thank you for attempting to make it right. We appreciate the gesture.. we do feel strongly that anyone , young and old , deserves grace when it comes to your rule. Kids and adults may struggle to breathe, or in the case of my son, was trying to hear what his Dad was saying and was an automatic, accidental response. As for the Groupon, it said 500 paintballs was required to buy and we were going to buy 6,000 paintballs for our party of 12. You want to charge $24 for 500 or $69 for 2,000. To make it affordable for these kids to play we had counted on that bulk price . The Groupon says”must purchase a min 500 paintballs per person, not valid for party packages.” We did not buy a party package, we were on open play .. so not sure why bulk price wasn’t acceptable. Yes our family works on grace and respecting rules which is why my son and husband and party was kind, though we disagree. Again, thanks for the coupons for future use, but instead maybe consider allowing your guests a kid to get back into the next game with a warning . Especially a young person. Have a good day. Same as the another review below! My birthday kid was disqualified not only for a game but the WHOLE night for “accidentally” barely lifting his mask in the sideline!! Not in play! Ridiculous. We paid over $300 for paint also becuase the “Groupon for 10” didn’t allow us to buy the paint in bulk. What a Rip off. Don’t buy the Groupon for this place, don’t give them business if they can’t warn a kid sternly or just drop him from one game. Your “rule” is ridiculous. ….your response to the other person.. the rule for the rest of the day… really? We paid you guys a lot for the rest of the day. Not good business.

We were very upset with the outcome here. Definitely not returning, we had heard about this place and wanted to try it out for my nephew’s birthday. So we did a package with his friends and family to participate in…. He was very excited looking forward to this day and it didn’t end well. The young man that was in charge of our group took him out because he lifted his mask. He said he did it before he went in but the kid who was their referee said he was inside. Didn't give him a warning either! My nephew lifted his mask to adjust it and that’s when he was removed! So Ofcourse we ended the session right away since the actual birthday boy was removed!!! He was very upset that he was unable to enjoy his birthday after all. We had a large group that day. Very disappointing, made the drive all the way out there from New Braunfels. There’s a difference when they do it while in the area playing, in this instance they had not even begun to play yet, they were about to enter the area.

Went for a date night, both of our first time, and had an absolute blast. The staff was so informative, professional, friendly and engaging with everyone throughout the whole experience. They really prioritize safety as well as fun for everyone. The fields were individually unique and fun for each game. Definitely recommend!

Great experience for the kids! They had a lot of fun running around and playing. Just make sure to bring mosquito spray and your own food or snacks.
