I got BIAB for the first time this evening and Kobie at Paintbox was amazing! She was such a sweetheart and looked after my daughter and I in the nail bar and my nails look incredible! Thank you Kobie 🖤🩷

I had the absolute best experience with Kobie today. She took so much time and care to give me a beautiful set, especially after having to reshape and fix a broken nail and correct some poor shaping from a previous studio. Her attention to detail is incredible — everything is so precise and my cuticles are honestly the cleanest and most pristine they’ve ever been. On top of that, she was so lovely and friendly, which made the whole appointment such a nice experience. I’m genuinely so happy with my nails and couldn’t recommend Kobie more highly. Thank you so much 🤍

Had an amazing experience at Paintbox Nail! Lara did a fantastic job—she was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive to detail. She made sure everything was perfect and really took the time to understand what I wanted. My nails came out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend asking for Lara!

Poor customer service. I provided a reference photo of the French colour nails I wanted, but the colour was done incorrectly. When I pointed out the mismatch, I said it was fine if it was difficult to change. She was quite rude about the correction, despite the mistake not being mine. Without consulting me, she fixed the colour which I appreciated and then as she was annoyed with having to correct my nails she wordlessly left me and another technician came to do my nails. This was so rude when I actually said it was fine and she didn’t have to change the colour. The French lines are crooked, and I wasn’t informed when my nails were finished, no cuticle oil was applied, and the technician simply walked away while my nails were still curing. Overall, the service felt rushed and unprofessional for close to $140. I won’t be back.

WOW !!! Amazing service from the staff so kind and inviting! I messaged paintbox directly on their Insta and I got an instant response, I asked for quotes on my nails and my family’s and they gave me accurate quotes to the final price ! Amazing ! And even booked me in for me, so easy! I got my nails done by the lovely Kai so talented! I’m so impressed would definitely recommend Kai if you are wanting nail art! Also side-note, the salon was so clean and the view was amazing.
