I recently had Jake to paint my living room, dining, basement and hallways. He also gave my doors, trim and baseboards a fresh coat. What a difference it all made. Jake was very accommodating, courteous and knowledgeable. I would absolutely hire him again.

We recently moved and had Jake paint most of our house and our front door, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The work was quick, professional, and beautifully done. He is prompt, easy to work with, and was very respectful of our home—even making sure everything was cleaned up perfectly when the job was finished. His pricing is also very fair and competitive compared to other painters in the area. Our house looks amazing, and the front door is a real standout. Jake painted the newly installed trim around our home’s new windows, along with three interior rooms, and the results were outstanding. Jake was professional, well mannered, and incredibly attentive to detail. His painting work was immaculate. The walls are smooth with no streaks or patchiness, and the trim is flawless. We used Jake to paint our entire condo (walls, ceilings, doors, trim & baseboards) and his work was top notch. From the second I contacted him to the end of the project Jake was responsive and friendly and helpful. His crew were true professionals and perfectionists and made our space new again ( including clean up! You would never know they were there!) Also perfectionists, we had a tiny issue with a cut in line in one room and Jake fixed it on the spot without any hassle. I highly recommend Painters Preferred and would use them again.

Highly recommend this business! Jake was fast, fair priced and has excellent work. We had him paint 3 bedrooms, stairwells, hallways and a living room and also prime and paint unfinished doors, window trim, etc. in an unoccupied house in preparation to sell. The work was flawless and several realtors made positive comments and actually asked who our painter was! Jake also has a tiktok channel which shows examples of his work, which speaks for itself. You will not be disappointed by the price, quality of work, speed of work and friendliness of this business owner if you book. Thank you again Jake for making the sale of my late father's house successful and making the painting process so easy for us! We plan to hire you again for our house soon!
