I'm so glad I came across Painting and Remodeling by Martinez. My home was in need of sheetrock repair and painting. I am so impressed with the job Mr Martinez and his crew did. His crew replaced a section of sheetrock in one of my bedrooms and to my amazement, they were able to match the texture and paint perfectly. The room looks so good . I am so happy with the final results. They also painted several other rooms and the rooms look so nice. The job is professionally done. Mr Martinez and his crew were very professional and respectful of my home. The price for The job was also to my liking. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
I had Mauricio Martinez and his crew paint the exterior of our home and most of the interior, base boards to ceilings last year. He dis a wonderful job, cleaned up daily and finished on tume and on budget. I had him back today to do 2 additional rooms and he shined again. Great job, and very fair price.
We found Martinez Painting through the Google reviews and used them to paint the interior of our house before we moved in. We were beyond happy with the paint job and the high quality of work from Mauricio's team. They did excellent work from walls to stairs, to trim, closet, and pantry. We had to coordinate while still living out of state and Mauricio was great about sending us updates, showing us progress pictures, and immediately responding to all questions when we sent them. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting affordable, high quality work done. We'll be using Martinez Painting for future projects for sure.
Mr. Martinez here has been in the business for over two decades and his business is local as well as himself a Houstonian; fits all of the categories I look for when choosing and supporting local and small businesses! I needed complete exterior home painting done real quick and Martinez showed up at my house for a survey the same day I called him. He sent out an estimate within 24 hours and the job was scheduled. Within 3-4 days of work for exterior painting as well as moderate/heavy repairs and replacing trim and rot boards, the house looked amazing after they were done! His whole team was friendly and communicative; also very respectful when checking with me during each phase to know exactly how I wanted the painting job done. Martinez and his crew did an amazing job and the the proposal cost was all inclusive, they get paid by each completed project. This way you know they don't slack off to charge you more by the hour, their honest hard work gets the job done. I recommend them and suggest you to support them because they deserve it and they can work hard outside for you in this extreme heat. I will be using them for any future exterior work as well as any drywall or interior paint, I know they will take care of it for me.
Really hard to come to terms to spend $9k in painting, however moving into this new home I knew the cancer wouldn't come again to paint ceiling, walls, doors, crown molding, base boards and closets. Prep work is the longest and most important part of painting. They did not slack in the lightest. The attention to detail was next level. Best money we've spent on the new home. Will use again!! Mr. Martinez always made himself available when I could be at the house sending pictures or text messages with updates.
