We set this up outdoors where we could park a van right up to it as it was delivered The hall without consent moved it indoors (okay fine) we get it Our staff member came to collect it and couldn't then move it that far alone down the ramps/steps and out the doora etc (fine) She asked for help with staff for 20 seconds they raised their eyebrows and walked off laughing saying dont ask us. A GUEST OF THE WEDDING WHO PAID FOR THE SPACE HELPED OUR STAFF WHILE THE ACTUAL VENUE STAFF STOOD AND LAUGHED. Missing pieces of our large games missing and 0 help, they moved all our stuff around and told none of us where it was. We will now blacklist this space and as an event company and if any of customer’s book this space they will be warned imminently.
