They did a great job! They ended up finishing up the trim and window ledges while my husband and I were at work, and when we came home and noticed a couple of areas that needed to be fixed, they were out early the next morning to touch these up. The whole crew was professional, pleasant, and trustworthy, and William communicated with us throughout the process, from booking to payment. The work looks beautiful and the price was by far the best one we got quoted.

Bought a house recently. Needs to be repainted & and the contractors did a poor job before. Nothing professional painters couldn’t correct. Roller lines, flashing, paint drips. Looked up top painters serving my area. This company was one of the top three recommended. Submitted on their website to schedule an estimate and this is what I receive as the first impression of this company. Horrible customer service & reflection of this company in just three responses. I’d run far away from any company that will give you an estimate without seeing your property. And even farther with someone who speaks like this to a potential customer. Owner states this is not the kind of work they do… I submitted to have my entire house repainted….They paint houses 🤣. And he’s the one that’s dumbfounded

We hired Paisley back in September for a full exterior paint of our house and detached garage after having a lot of exterior repairs done. We also had them stain our porch deck boards. We were satisfied then, and almost 6 months later, we remain satisfied. The quoted price was very competitive. Even after the upgrade in paint quality, and the added scope of staining the porch deck, the price was well below the other quotes we received. William provided the quote without seeing the house in person. I'll admit, in the past I had been skeptical about companies that operate this way, especially considering the competitive price. However, we received a response and a quote within hours of submitting the request, and communication afterward was swift, allowing us to make our decision quickly. William was also patient with answering all the questions we kept asking. In the end, the quoted price never changed - no bait-and-switch, and no compromise in quality. What's more, about 3 weeks after the job was completed, I noticed some areas that needed attention. William was quick to respond and had the crew come to address it the next time they were nearby - about 1 week after I reached out. There was no additional cost for this, and it has been fine ever since. Paisley did a great job. If you are seeking to get your house painted, they are worth considering.
