Going through cancer treatment, I don’t have much hair to work with. Ann took great care of me and made me feel beautiful with the cut and color she gave me. I have received so many compliments, people even thinking my hair had grown out because my haircut was so flattering. I will continue going to see Ann at Palace Flophouse Salon!

I saw Kate today; I was looking to switch up my hairstyle from a shag to a wolf cut. She did an excellent job asking clarifying questions to assure my haircut turned out how I wanted. The salon’s atmosphere is welcoming and quiet as well.

Angela was my stylist today. I was so nervous about my haircut because it's been almost a year since my last one and that went so poorly (at another salon of course). The haircut matched perfectly to what I wanted. She was so invested in my experience and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Also, I'm positive I accidentally took up far too much of her time, but I am so appreciative of the kindness and quality of the service I received. I will be returning for sure!

Kate did a WONDERFUL job with my hair! I was nervous about my undercut but she was very patient. Listened to everything I told her and was careful to get my opinion before making any cuts. Had a balayage and trim done and am very happy with the results. The salon was also lovely, had a very cozy atmosphere and everyone was friendly, reasonably priced services. Will be back.

I really enjoyed my curly cut here. The staff were friendly and I was pleased with how my hair turned out, so. I would recommend this place for regular salon services. Where things fell short was my wedding day services. I had gone to the salon for a trial that went well, but for some reason we weren't able to recreate it on the day-of. Granted it was humid that day, but my hair was a frizzy mess before I even left our hotel. I asked her to fix it but ultimately it didn't get fixed. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of just how bad it really looked until my photos came back. My hair was one of the least favorite parts of my wedding day. A huge disappointment. First pic is my trial. Next Two are immediately after getting my hair done the day-of, hadn't even left my hotel yet. Last pic is our first dance during the reception.
