Dr. Maaz is a very nice guy, but I wish I had trusted my initial instincts and hesitations. I have instability in my neck and made this extremely clear during my consultation. I was responded to with no concern regarding my instability. I did a few sessions at palisades and did not notice much change until the last one which caused my issues to be probably 100x times worse than they were when I initially came in for treatment. I also had new symptoms pop up since then, headaches, neck pain, cracking in neck etc, none of which was there prior to treatment. I was under the impression (from my own misunderstanding) that Maaz was a NUCCA which is not actually the case. Please use your discretion when considering this service. For many, I think it is helpful but for others including myself it has proven to have been absolutely detrimental to my neck and symptoms.

I am writing this review after paying 1300 thinking that this would help my pain. When I went to him for the first visit he did the adjustment and I was fine. After the other session I was in more more pain then I came in with. I feel like he did something to my body that didn’t need to be adjusted. He is a very fine doctor however please go with your first mind and think before doing these type of adjustments especially if you have issues that need a Spine doctor and a physical therapist. I only got half my many back which was 900 instead of my entire 1300. I will focus on strengthening my body and finishing my Stem Cell treatment. I asked him if he had patients with my issues and he said yes. Must of the patient had neck issues not muscle weakness etc.

Dr. Maz is awesome. I have chronic neck issues and his care has brought my pain level way down to non-existent most days. He and his entire office staff are really great. I have been going to his office for almost four years now and plan to continue for the long term as my quality of life has greatly improved. Thank you all!

I came here after sustaining whiplash and my symptoms have worsened. Months later I now struggle with insomnia, ligament laxity, nervous system issues and much more. Dr Maz is kind, but he shouldn’t have performed anything on me after my injury. I myself was unaware. I feel super depressed about this and just want people to be careful with neck adjustments, no matter how gentle they may seem it is too close to your brain stem.

If you are in pain and looking for relief, you must contact Dr. Maz right away! I've been suffering from chronic pain for years and went to numerous doctors who didn't exactly know what was wrong with me or how to treat me. I've only had a couple of treatments, but I already feel improvements and know that I've finally come to the right place. Dr. Maz and his team are amazing and are so warm and friendly. I always look forward to my next visit knowing that I'll receive great care from great people. And there's even a sweet dog who sometimes comes in who will also brighten up your day. Send them an email or give them a call...you won't regret it.
