I was able to easily pick out the sofa I wanted online, and then when I got to the showroom, I was greeted by a warm and friendly person who told me about and showed me all of the options I had, including the firmness of the seat cusions, the fabric, the fabric that the free pillows would be covered with, and a few other small details. Then we went through the paperwork and I made the purchase, quite seamlessly. Delivery will be in about 4 weeks because the sofa, although it is custom made, is made locally, here in Metro Vancouver.

I can't recommend Pallucci Furniture more highly!! We really shopped around and the prices and options were hands down the best at Pallucci. The staff is remarkably helpful and knowledgeable and the sofas are truly customizable, more than I ever thought possible. There was a delivery snafu (not their fault!) and they were patient and kind and resolved everything so quickly and seamlessly. Anyone looking for a couch should go to Pallucci Furniture!!

The Pallucci team were excellent. Irina was fantastic in helping us choose our couch. The couch itself ended up exceeding our expectations. Very affordable and was made/delivered earlier than most places in the city were quoting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable but high-quality couch.

Fantastic service from Irina on finding our new couch and bed frame + tv stand. The delivery company was also great. We priced out Pallucci vs Article and EQ3 and Pallucci worked out best for my family over the competition for pricing and options. Very happy with everything so far.

We had a wonderful experience of buying a couch from the store. Staff members are warm and friendly. My wife and I were really confused between fabric and color options and they were really patient while we were going back and forth. They have wide variety and it feels really sturdy The delivery experience was also smooth and timely. Would totally recommend checking them out
