Love this location! The staff are so awesome & friendly. They greet everyone by name & remember client’s preferences. I have the wellness membership so I just go for the sauna & red light. I look forward to it every time I go. Thank you for the great service!!

Canceling my long time platinum overpriced membership with them because of the rude service of staff at this location. Never have the same employees & always tell you different things. When I said this in front of the girl who was nice & helping me, Natalie interrupted are you insulting me? I said no, if I was insulting you, you would know it. She continued on to where I had to point out you’re in customer service, you cannot talk to customers this way! She said there was no management but she would be calling Kenzie the district manager. She literally slammed the door. Then poked her head out talking about me & I had the other girl tell her I, the customer, want to talk to this district manager. She came out moments later & smartly said the district manager is not interested in talking to me & I can feel free to try to call a manager at the store Monday. Never have I ever seen a more disrespectful & hateful member at palm beach & I will be cancelling with them. They’re overpriced for what you get anyways & not really worth $110 a month for me to get treated this way the one time a month I bother to come in.

I have been a member on and off at this location for a little over 3 years now. Pros: The facility is always clean. The staff are friendly and very educated on the entire tanning process. From questions that I have about the beds all the way to how to use the spray tanning machine, these girls can explain it all. The membership is affordable and you don't necessarily need the highest price bed to get a good tan every time. Cons: I really don't like how much they push other services on you. I feel like every time I go in, I'm asked to level up or purchase products. If you decline, they continue to pressure you and ask if you're sure. It's pretty frustrating. (Not to mention that the lotions are like $75+). Another thing I don't like is how often they move around their employees. I enjoy seeing the same faces when I come in and I feel as if they have an entire new staff every 3 months. I feel as if I get to know an employee very well and then when I come back, they're just gone and transferred to a different location. This has happened at least 5 times. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy my membership at this PBT. Not only is it at a convenient location, but it's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
