Great experience at the Palm Beach Tan Rice Military location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and definitely keeps the place running smoothly. The facility is consistently clean, and there’s usually great availability, so it’s easy to get in and out without any hassle.

I've used this location exclusively since I am no longer working near more convenient PBT's. The employees are polite and friendly. I've been a member of D. T. & now P.B.T for over 12 years, and understand being driven to cross-sell, however, the employees are never pushy about it. The Sunscape spray tan machines are showing their age. (room #8 seems to need repair more often than room #6) The issue is they will still put you in a Sunscape machine that is not spraying &/or drying as it should. You are not informed that the machine assigned is not performing to operationing standards. If you want to use a newer model machine, the Versa, there is an upcharge. This isn't necessarily the employees fault, as much as corporate being cheap and pushing the up-sell. (In my opinion) Either way, I will continue to use the Memorial location until Corporate decides to open a location in the Heights. Given the disposable income of the residents, I don't see a downside. (Again, my opinion)

I've had nothing but the best experiences (and tans) here. I'm a stand-up bed kinda gal, but they offer so many incredible services here, including their red light therapy. Thank you for keeping bulbs in the beds so incredibly strong/fresh (I never have to go for the full time), and for giving me such clearer skin (these beds are so effective that my psoriasis started to go away after only 2 treatments). The staff are incredibly lovely, and just a very clean and well-run establishment. Even when it's super busy, the staff ensure that you will still have the best experience. The membership process is so easy and so cost effective. The location on voss is just as great, but this is closest to my house. .. No complaints here! If you're planning to tan more than twice in a month, GET A MEMBERSHIP. Super easy to pause or cancel your membership.

My name is Sam, and I came in for my first spray tan at Palm Beach today. I was honestly really nervous. As a plus-size Mexican woman, this whole spray tan experience was brand new to me. A friend referred me, and I’m so glad they did. Leah was incredibly helpful from the start. She made me feel comfortable, explained the entire process clearly, and thoughtfully pointed out upgrades that truly made a difference for me. I didn’t expect a tan to boost my confidence the way it did, and it was such a bonus to spend time with people who genuinely get it and create a welcoming environment. I also tried the red light therapy, which was amazing, and I’m really excited to continue using it. I used the booth, and it was simple, straightforward, and stress-free. I’m genuinely excited to keep coming back.
