Not telling others don't want them to get so busy. This fantastic groomers can't fit my bichón freeze can't get appointment. They are so nice easy to explain what you want my baby comes out exactly perfectly done they way I want him to look also he jumps in absolutely no fuss loves it. So please don't go don't make appointment. My baby needs his amazing groom form these professional girls. Thank you xxxxx

Arlene has been grooming my very anxious rescue westie for about 2 years now after we were referred to her by the animal behaviourist who was helping me with his behaviour. Fergus had been in a great deal of pain due to an undiagnosed spinal condition and could hardly be touched. Once we had his pain under control we slowly began the process of grooming him. Arlene is kind, patient and absolutely brilliant with him - she is a natural with dogs and Fergus just loves her. She took the time to get to know Fergus and never pushed him too far. Now, we have reached the stage where he is being fully groomed on a regular basis and as well as looking fantastic he is so much more comfortable as a result. This is all down to Arlene’s skill as a groomer and her kind and respectful attitude towards animals. She earned Fergus’s trust and he is now happy to go for his haircut. Arlene is a star and I cannot rate her highly enough.
