Trust me when I tell you this team is God sent!!! After 3 horrible grooming experiences at 3 different establishments in New Orleans, I had lost faith. I stumbled upon Pampered Pawz in a random google search and decided to email/text with a list of questions around senior grooming capabilities. The response time was quick and detailed making it an obvious YES in booking the first appointment. On appointment day I met Stephanie, the groomer, and I knew in my heart we were in good hands. I'm extremely happy with the QUALITY of CARE and CUT my pup received and more important Jax(the senior pup)shows signs of calm and happy. 🥰

I came here to get my dog a medicated bath (allergies). The place was super clean and safe for the pets. The staff was nice and super attentive to what my doggie needed and what we can do in the future to keep him looking and feeling great. There good parking to get you dog back in your car safely

Pampered Pawz is amazing! The location is beautiful and clean. They made my foster dog look more handsome than ever, and the ladies are super sweet and caring. Highly recommend!

This brand new place totally exceeded our expectations, so much that we wish it existed earlier!!! Their baths are the best, dog smells clean for days. Their grooming is just as good. One on one attention to your dog with a report card after. We love how they care-it shows!! Makes traveling comforting & with ease.
