Wonderful food and great service! Absolutely loved the salsa verde and mole! I would highly reccomend the al carbon especially the chicken we had. Ceviche was not to my personal taste. Tartare was good but not particularly stand out.

Congratulations to Papalote for being a true standout in Newcastle! My partner and I had an exceptional experience. The tacos, especially the beef tongue were outstanding, with that wonderful corn flavor shining through. The 8-hour slow-cooked pork and grilled octopus were sublime. Special thanks to Jordana for her warm and intuitive service, guiding us to the perfect choices. We’ll definitely be back!

Another great addition to the Newcastle food and dining scene. The team did a really good job of utilising the space without over doing it. They've created a very nice atmosphere. The food is delicious. I would suggest trying a little bit of everything. Mexican food is very simple but the menu here is much more elevated without being complicated. Very approachable for so many Novacastrians that may not be familiar with Mexico's fare. Well executed and worthy of visit, even if just for their 10/10 spicy margaritas.
