This is a funky venue - a bit dark inside with quirky neon lights. They service good Asian food and some interesting cocktails. I've previously been for lunch and have enjoyed their meals. I recently went for dinner, and also enjoyed the food, although I prefer the lunch options unless you're a group of more than 2. The cauliflower was tasty and generous in size. Dumplings were tasty too.

Celebrated my friends birthday having omakase at Papi katsu! It was such a fun experience, loved having Masa be our chef tonight!! Definitely recommend ☺️

Have seen Papi Katsu on Instagram and thought it was all hype but once you visit this amazing venue you realise everything they brag about is true! Thanks to Ron and his wonderful & friendly team for a great night out. Food was first class, service was attentive and the venue itself is a standout for Perth. We ordered a lot but our favourite dishes were the Papi Plate Sashimi, Karaage Cauliflower, Prawn Katsu Sando and the Black Pepper Udon!

We just did the omakase experience, and let me tell you... After doing other experiences at other places... Papi Katsu has by far been the best! Masa, Ron and Shane... Thank you so much for an amazing night! The food, the atmosphere, the hospitality! Everything was perfect! We will be back! 🙏🙏
