KP came over and introduced herself to us, and it was immediately clear she had complete command of her team. The restaurant was packed when we arrived, yet everything ran smoothly and with purpose. Brian also stopped by to introduce himself, which really added a personal touch. This was hands-down some of the best service I’ve experienced anywhere in the DFW area. Professional, attentive, and well-led—exactly how hospitality should be done.

My family and I dined at Pappasito’s tonight with a party of 25–30 people, and the staff truly exceeded our expectations. I made reservations 30 days in advance and was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t reserve a private party room due to a UIL game it just so happened that our event fell on an extremely busy weekday. However, that didn’t stop anything. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our entire party was seated together, moving tables to accommodate us and allowing me to set up décor for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday. The service was exceptional, and our two waitresses were absolutely phenomenal. I would definitely recommend Pappasito’s and will absolutely be returning with my immediate family of seven. Our waiter, Creighton, was a total rockstar. Attentive, kind, and somehow always at our table right when we needed him. He could pass for a Ralph Lauren model, but what impressed us more was how genuinely he cared. When one of our meals came out wrong, he didn’t make excuses, he fixed it instantly. Then Samantha, the manager, personally came by to apologize and make sure everything was perfect. That kind of heart is rare these days. We were on a double date, and by the end of the night, everyone was smiling, laughing, and a little misty-eyed from how good everything was (those ribs and lamb chops? life-changing). Five stars isn’t enough. This place fed our hearts as much as it did our stomachs. ❤️

Pappasitos Cantina, does it get any better than this in the world of tex-mex? Nope, it sure doesn't. Pappasitos is the pinnacle. i've been eating here with family and friends since the 90s. The flavors, the atmosphere, the drinks, the top notch staff.... at the level of excellence consistently for all of these years.

So I bring my mom here almost once a month after her doctors appointment. I have not always been the biggest fan. But in the last few months I have actually been able to enjoy the food. The rice is cooked and not raw and crunchy like it used to be. The salsa has more bite to it and doesn't taste burned all the time. The beans have more flavor and the tortillas are thinner and fluffier. So thank you for stepping up your game because I used to dread spending food money on poorly cooked food. Since my mom only likes certain places to eat its really nice that I can enjoy it to. Plus the Reserve margaritas are really good. Always order the chicken fajitas because they are moist and tender. Still scared to get the beef fajitas because they are always served rare and I still can't go that far.
