Busy Cafe with both typical and not so typical food options. I had the kimchi and potato hash with a Sunnyside egg and avocado. It was delicious and I liked how the kimchi added a great contrast. The egg was a bit overcooked bit I saw other plates come out and they looked great so I figure mine was a one off but that happens with eggs. I got the Ethiopian pour over which was delicious, if not a bit pricey. 3 breakfasts, a side of fruit, 1 pour over, 1 London fog and an iced smores latte was $90. Just so you can have an understanding. But it's location close to the pier is pretty key. Service is friendly.. they do get busy so expect to wait to place an order and wait for it to be completed when there's a rush. I do want another cup of that Ethiopian though. Would return.

My first time here. I had a cold-press and it was one of the best tasting coffees I’ve ever had. Very smooth, no after taste or bitterness. Just a really, really delicious cup of coffee. I don’t write reviews unless they’re legitimately warranted, and this coffee deserves 5 stars. I also love that Paradeco is dog-friendly. My big baby Hio loved his cold-foam pup cup. Excellent service and the vibe is very cool. Will definitely make this a part of our route.

I had the smoked saved matcha it was actually pretty good. Enough that I would recommend it and get it again if I returned. Paradeco is more that just a coffee shop they offer a full menu. I only got a drink so I can't speak for the food but everything looked good. The inside was nice and we'll lit with all the large glass windows and I like the outdoor seating options. It was very busy when I visited.

Paradeco Coffee Roasters is a great spot to wind down and charge up on some needed coffee if you’re in St. Petersburg, Florida. Service was friendly and the coffee I ordered turned out great: normal hot latte, iced caramel latte, and a specialty maple cinny latte (iced). It’s a plus that they also close a little later than most coffee shops on the weekend.

Cute brunch spot for a quick bite on the way to the beach or Sunday market. I ordered the sourdough French toast which was very unique. I ordered an à la cart egg cooked over easy and a pumpkin spice latte. Loved how many alternative options they had to customize my coffee order. Service was very accommodating! My order was exactly as I asked for it. Unfortunately I found the food was a bit pricey for the portion size. A bit larger of a portion and it would have been the perfect experience.
