I really like this Car Wash and I use it often. It just really bothers me that they have a drive-through that you pay with the credit card but no place to tip the guys working on your car. Every time I get my car washed . I have to literally drive in the exit to go all the way up to the front to give a tip. Those guys work really hard and I’m sure other people don’t go out of their way like I am to tip them. There should be a box to tip them on the way out of the drive-through Car Wash. This would make your people much happier!!

I’d hardly call what I got an exterior wash with bug removal … not worth the 25 bucks. My vehicle is still covered in bug guts!

My husband has been coming to this specific car wash since he moved to Florida and absolutely loves it! He is a neat freak to put it mildly and their attention to detail is exactly to his alarmingly high standards. I recently started taking my own car here and feel the exact same way. The staff here is PHENOMENAL - especially Emily who is always so sweet, helpful and just an absolute joy. It is always such an easy process from start to finish, they do a great job every time (we come 2-3 times a month between our two vehicles) and we know exactly what to expect! Couldn’t say enough good things about this place so if your car needs a clean, this is your spot :)

First, their card reader for payment didn't take my first credit card, so I tried a different one, that didn't work, so I tried a 3rd card, but same thing, the manager had to come over and tell me that their card readers have been acting up, so he reset the machine and got it to work. I bought the top of line car wash $29.00, I could tell my black car had streaks on the hood when I came out of the wash, so I got out and looked, it was from one of the rotating brushes. I went right back to the manager and showed him. He let me go back through the wash, but had the same results when I went back through. So I had to buff the streaks out by hand, the manager came over and saw the streaks, tried to apologize but what good does that do? I paid $29 for an automatic car wash, why do I have to then buff out streaks that the car wash made! I will never come back to this car wash again, wasted $29, my car looks worst than when I went into the car wash. I paid them to make my car dirty.

Great customer service..had a little issue and Anderson was awesome and very professional. He resolved it. They do such a great job with cleaning my vehicle also.
