Lovely place for brunch. Had the baked eggs with toast, strawberry matcha and also ordered the famous fried chicken! Love the baked eggs with chorizo and toast then the fried chicken was tender and juicy! Strawberry match was great. The staff are lovely and attentive. Don’t forget to visit AP Bakery. The bakery’s located on the rooftop via the lift. The pastries were unreal.

What a place this is - a feast for the senses. The food is fantastic and the aesthetic is delightful, you can see why there are droves of people taking photos of themselves and eachother here. The breakfast dishes are so very tasty, I would recommend you trying them for breakfast. I didn’t try the coffee but I asked a couple if it was good and they said it was good - I gazed deep into their souls and I believe they were telling the truth.

Absolutely love this place. Paramount Coffee Project is genuinely stunning and feels special the moment you walk in. The space is beautiful, lively, and always buzzing with a great vibe. Coffee is excellent and clearly a big focus, and the food is just as good, creative, full of flavour, and really well presented. Staff are friendly and handle the crowds well. Easily one of those cafés you’re happy to wait for and always look forward to coming back to.

Already dreaming about going back to this spot for brunch! The shallot pancake was unreal - such great flavours with the coriander and shallots. Do yourself a favour and get this! Also got the avo toast with a side of chilli stracciatella 🌶️ a perfect combo that levelled up the avo toast, and perfectly complimented the pickled onions too. YUM. Delish coffees and a cool vibe. I’ll be back for sure 🙌🏼

A lovely breakfast spot, we came by at about 8.30am and there wasn't a wait to get seated. The food was delicious, we got avocado toast and a burger, together with some drinks. The matcha drink could have been less sweet however – the passionfruit overpowered the bitterness and complexity of the matcha. Overall a lovely experience at the cafe and a good start to our day!
