My husband and I went there on February 15 and they were great until things went wrong. My husband notified them and told them that he noticed our return was taking unusually long time show up.. My husband called to see if everything was OK and to tell them how long we have been waiting. They told us we would have to investigate and get back with us. Weeks went buy with no call back. My husband finally called them and threatened to get a lawyer before they would do anything. Only to find out Roy must not have sent it by E-filed. now when I go on IRS site they now have our taxes.
