John filed my LLC with an incomplete address even after I provided the full one in writing. He replied “noted” after I raised it over email and only corrected it after I pushed in person for an official amended filing. I paid for the service and had to chase basic legal fixes. He also entered “STE” instead of my actual “APT” number on the S-Corp documents and said it’s better because it looks more like a business, ignoring that filings must match the real address. Do not trust for filings that require accuracy or attention to detail.
