I contacted Pareto as they dealt with my work place scheme and I was looking at retirement planning advice. Mark got back in touch with me quickly and we had a chat to understand my circumstances. We then arranged a meeting over teams and went through all of my options. Mark took the time to understand my position and what I wanted to achieve. Following the first meeting, Mark kept in touch with timescales and talked me through my personalised cash flow plan which really reassured me, Finally Mark presented the financial report and it covered everything we had spoken about, Mark ensured I was utilising my existing plans whilst also getting a tax free income. For something which I was unsure of, Mark understood and supported me into retirement. I would recommend anyone to work with Pareto

Mark conducted my annual review in September this year for Pareto.It was a very helpful and informative meeting, without jargon, making it easily to understand in layman's terms. Mark came across as very approachable, knowledgeable and he was very responsive to the issues I raised and we dealt with everything at my pace. He made it clear that he is available to provide assistance should I require it and dealt with me in a professional manner which made me feel that my best financial interests were uppermost. With Mark's detailed help we did some cash flow planning. This set out the sustainability issues and the implications of taking a little extra out of my pension to help with the cost of living. It is reassuring to do the modelling to give me surety that good decisons are being made in a field where I would not have the confidence/experience to make these decisions without the involvement of Mark and Pareto. Both myself and my wife have been with Pareto now for a number of years and all we can say is it’s the best decision we ever made. We didn’t have a clue on pension investments but what fantastic advice and returns we have had. Our financial advisor Alex Binnington has been our point of contact since day one and has looked after us exceptionally. I was recommended to use Pareto for my retirement/pension planning by my accountant. I was not disappointed. Marcus Pilkington has been helping with my investments and pension funds for about 18 months and I could not be happier. His knowledge and expertise is extensive, and the software he has available to him helps to predict how and when I can draw on my investments in the years to come. Without Marcus I would be completely clueless! It's very comforting knowing my financial affairs are in very safe and trusted hands. We have regular meetings and Marcus is always available to answer the smallest of issues. Highly recommended!!
