I have come here a few times getting multiple services at once and was introduced to their rewards/points program at my first visit, for which I signed up. I was told any time I use my phone number to book I would accumulate points. Easy peasy. After finally finding a provider I liked here I was 100% pleased with this establishment. But I’m frustrated to now learn that none of my points have been accumulating to my account since “I didn’t ask after each visit,” or “click a button during online booking.” Except for a box online to check for marketing offers there is no other option I have found, and would have asked after each visit if I weren’t told “I was good to go since I booked online.” I wish I were provided the full instructions of gaining and using points instead of being told the phone number was all.

Called and got an appointment within 30 mins. I didn't catch the name of the girl who did my wax but she was amazing. Super friendly and worked quickly and efficiently.

Lovely and quaint beauty parlor. Comfortable environment all around. The ladies are friendly and professional. Aurora was such a delight and very patient. Definitely my new favorite small business. Highly recommend.

I booked an appointment with Aurora and she was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Very thorough and easy to talk to during the appointment. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I got waxed and still no hair has grown back! In the past my hair would grow back a few days later. I'm soo happy with it and can't wait to keep going to her!!!
