Absolutely terrible. Waited over 30 minutes for my daughter one-year checkup and vaccinations. Their justification was because we had “private” insurance. Doctor spent less than 5 minutes with us and they billed our insurance twice.

I dont recommend this pediatric office. I had some concerns about my son, and it felt like Dr. Parra did not care. Not only that, but the receptionists were rude. I am never taking my son back. I will stick to his other pediatrician. I do not recommend.

It's been many years since the last time I met with Dr.Parra; Since highschool to be exact. We're living in an age where I personally don't trust a lot of doctors, because all they want to do is empty your wallet. I'm blessed to have been taken care by Dr.Parra the same exact way he took care of me growing up as a child. I'm forever blessed and thankful for everything he's done for me, and did for me today. I cherish him greatly, and I'm grateful for his professional attention and kind care. There's no other doctor that could ever take his place as my primary care doctor. Felt like a little kid walking in and out of there not gonna lie!

Had my appointment at 1:30 arrived late and was seen immediately no long wait very fast friendly staff. Very clean office too!! Definitely recommend..
