This was my second season renting from this company. When I returned my equipment, no one said anything was wrong with my returns.I was told the next day that a table cloth had burn spot on it. We are a non smoking family. I didn't think I had to check the table cloth before I picked them up. He said that he was charging me $40.00 for a new one. I wanted to know how can he determine which one I brought back from the others in the pile. I told him, "He just lost a future customer." He responded, "Good."I do not recommend this company. The lack of professionalism is apparent.

Rented 3 tables and 12 chairs for a birthday party we had! It was so easy to get a quote. Then picking up and dropping off went very smooth. Very affordable for what we needed too! Highly recommend!

I’ve used them twice now for glass rentals my bar service needs for clients. Very happy with the service and pricing! I shopped around and they had great pricing and easy to work with. Will continue to use them for any rental needs I or any clients have.

The other day I was beside a party connection truck at Poplar and Cleveland and the two guys in the truck were so kind and interacting with me on a song playing on 101 that we were all listening to and singing along with while we waited for the light to turn green. They were so impressive that I will use Party Connection for my next gathering. Kindness is so powerful and a great way for grassroots marketing! Keep up with your great employees 🫶🏼

I rented tables/chairs from this company for my birthday brunch. I priced Party Concepts first, but immediately left due to how dirty their shop was. It was awful. I checked out Party Connections due to being referred my a friend. They're AMAZING! I had a stress-free experience. Delivery and pickup was prompt. They were very professional. They're shop is also set up very nice! It's like a mock set up of everything that makes it easier to visualize your event. I highly recommend and will be using them in the future.
