I'm writing this review as a groomsman who attended and was part of a wedding using Party Favor Photo's service. While I wasn't the direct point of contact for the vendor, as a member of the wedding party, I had more interaction with them than your average guest. Their photo quality is fine. The attendant was also mostly helpful but there were a handful of times where they went MIA. This is notable because the photo booth is not self service so guests had to wait for them to come back. But still, not a huge deal and they mostly provided an okay service. If I were just to rate my experience, I'd give them a 3/5. Nothing of note. Here's why I'm writing this review. After the wedding, they were supposed to provide a digital album available for guests to view their photos and download them. So I asked my friend, the groom, about it and he told me that the vendor, Joe L, deleted their photos after he sent Joe L some constructive feedback about what I mentioned above (and I'm sure other things that I missed). Joe L was so immature that during this exchange, he deleted my friend's photos and kept all of the money involved in the contract. How does a human being delete a couple's photos from their wedding out of spite? As a fellow Joe I'm disappointed. The level of unprofessionalism to my friend, the groom, and literally a guy paying his bills, was absolutely unacceptable. Do not book Party Favor Photo.

I had the best experience with Party Favor Photo booths, Joe was so patient with me and all my questions. We designed my background a few times but the team was easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner. All of our guest loved the photo booth! And it was the best and easiest decision my husband and I made for our wedding! Highly recommend! Our wedding photo guest book turned out super cute!

Party Favor was AMAZING!!! From start to finish my entire experience was great! They brought their booth to our wedding and with Joe as the host it quickly became a hot spot at our venue. The pictures were extremely great quality, we received them all quick and easy and everyone LOVED the booth. The team was very flexible and helpful when it came to creating the background and set up! From different fonts to backgrounds and color schemes I was truly amazed at how great of a job was done. I would not only book them again but I will be suggesting them to everyone I know!

I booked Party Favor Photo after talking to Joe 6 months prior to a friends wedding. he answered all of my questions and took the time to assist me with the quote (especially with timing). about 2 weeks prior to the wedding, they did the photo prints to fit the wedding theme. on the day of the photographer, Nana, was super delightful. she did her set up & by reception time, she was ready to take on the guests! for us, we decided to set up our own greenery wall with flowers and a neon light. unfortunately with the flash, the neon light wasn't showing up in the photos (plastic backing), but Nana did not give up! she played around with the neon light (plastic backing) & was able to tilt it a bit so the flash would not bounce of the plastic backing. the photos turned out so well. Nana even obliged when I asked her to print out additional photos for the guests can sign a guest book (that I handled myself). she would just hand them to the guest & right next to the photo booth, we had a table set up for the guests to add their photos and sign. everybody would not stop raving about the photo booth section of the reception! thank you to Joe & Nana for making this wedding so memorable for the bride and groom!

We had such a great experience with Party Favor Photo. The team was so easy to work with. We were easily able to book them, and choose the details and design for our print out photo strips. When we had to postpone, they were so accommodating, flexible, and understanding. We did not have any issues keeping them as our vendor for our new date, and there were no extra fees or additional steps. The attendant was great and set up was done on time. They also sent a full gallery of our guests' pictures within 24 hours! We are so happy we chose them and 100% recommend them to anyone seeking a photo booth for their wedding. Their price and quality cannot be beat!
