I ordered a large amount of balloon arrangements, plates, cutlery and napkins for my 30th birthday and housewarming event yesterday at the last minute just before 4pm. They had no troubles, even though I was indecisive and found it hard to choose the colours I wanted over the phone. They were so patient and waited for me to decide and made everything easy for me while I was stressed organising my event, had a tight deadline and had multiple party deliveries on the go. They organised everything within 30mins and allowed me to ready for my uber courier driver to pick them up and I just paid over the phone. They had it all safely packaged in plastic bags for protection and they looked amazing! Everyone commented on how nice they looked and all of my party supplies matched my black and gold theme. I've been using Party Plus for over 30 years for my balloons. The ladies were very helpful and even though I changed my colour scheme they were very gracious. Highly recommend.

Really bad customer service, the lady that works there was unpleasant and didn't want to sell me ballons without me blowing it up with helium. I told her that I needed them blown up at a different time and at a store which is closer to me. She sold them to me but didn't allow me to purchase any other ballons, crazy.
