Party Rentals R Us was very responsive, professional, reasonably priced and enjoyable to work with. Their communication around drop-off and pick-up timing was accurate and they even let us keep the bouncy house longer than expected. The people who installed and disassembled were professional and friendly (they didn’t even seem annoyed when we had them move it from the original location!). All-round great experience and I’d highly recommend them.

Prompt and courteous service. All the kids and some of the adults had a blast on the T-REX waterslide. So much fun for all! Also booked the basketball carnival game, which was fun. Great company to book for parties.

We used this company to rent a bounce for my daughter's birthday. They were so easy to deal with, I almost thought it was too good to be true. I called the week of the event to add chairs to my invoice. The call was quick and efficient. The delivery/ installation staff was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend them and will utilize them in the future!
