Remember the old Dooley’s costume shop (loved that place)? Yeah, this place has that vibe but with more cool stuff! Great place.

Had a problem with an equipment rental and was originally told they weren't going to refund fully. After talking with the manager she did give a full refund for the item we were not able to use and was very friendly

The process to get the rentals was easy however the fees for returning seemed unnecessary. We got the cake stand and didn't use it since it was already unstable. And was charged $60 since it was damaged when i got it and didnt use. When returning the tables was charged for $15 because they're wet because of the down pouring rain we can't control ....

Great experience, staff went out of their way to scare my brother with an automated Halloween decoration. He was being an uncle and trying to scare my baby. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, Sir I owe you a thanks. We got a great laugh.
