I am not local to the Dallas Fort Worth Area and I needed the most reliable decorative balloon columns the city has to offer. That is exactly what I received. My contact's, Barbara and Kenya, were extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient with me. They showed up on time, made additional perfection tweaks and asked for my approval along the way. They delivered to me 3 tours and came to strike after my event had concluded. I didn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend Party Geenius and their services!

The customer service I received was nothing short of the best! I truly cannot thank Barbara and her team enough for making my friend feel so special on his day while at work. I was calling from out of town, and they walked me through the process without any hesitation. I would also like to note that with any concern I had, Barbara ensured it would be taken care of as soon as possible, and she kept her word. One thing’s for sure, I’ll be visiting her cute shop the next time I’m in town.

Run don’t walk to Party Geenius for your next celebration or party needs! I called for a last-minute balloon bouquet for my granddaughter‘s second birthday. I live away from her and I was having a hard time with other sites. I gave Barbara a call and she was so helpful. She made sure my delivery was made early and sent me a picture when it was delivered. I was amazed at how big and beautiful it was. She was also the best price I had found in that area. Thank you, Barbara. You’re my go to from now on.

From the moment I walked into the door of Party Geenuis, I was given such incredible service. Barbara helped me create the most incredible balloon bouquet that I’ve ever ordered. I was in a bind to order balloons within 24 hours and have them delivered. Barbara took the time to work with me on creating something really special for my daughter‘s 30th birthday. I was also amazed that they could deliver the next day. When the balloons were delivered to the restaurant, everyone in the restaurant was asking where I ordered my balloons. They were simply amazing! Barbara, thank you so much to you and your staff for helping create such a special event with such a beautiful balloon bouquet. I will be a repeat customer for sure!!!
