Extremely happy with our experience, we rented a bounce house / slide for a birthday party. They were in contact with me before the date and showed up exactly on time. The setup was great I was really impressed. Other company’s would just set up and be gone fast as they could. Not this company, he took his time, setup up where we wanted, took time to clean the inflatable, sanitized it, it was very clean when we got it. Great job to the driver who delivered.

I ordered a bouncy castle for my daughter's birthday and the experience was fantastic. I specifically didn't order an inflatable with water to save some money. When it arrived, it had the hook-up for a hose and I asked the gentleman delivering the castle about setting it up or if I was even allowed to. This dude didn't hesitate for a second. Yes. I could use it, but he recommended I use a tarp. No worries, I say. I'll go get one. His reply? Hold my beer. Dude says nah, I got it and goes to the store for me, buys a tarp, and sets it up for me without a second thought. All of that, plus he was incredibly kind to my daughter and wished her a Happy Birthday. His name was Jeremy and he was absolutely amazing. Thank you, Jeremy! And thank you Party Time Inflatables for a great experience.

Awesome prices and amazing employees! From booking to drop off/pick up, everything went smoothly. They were communicative, and their employees were respectful and polite. This was the first time our daughter was in a bounce house, and the first time we’ve ever rented one. The bounce house itself was clean, worked properly the entire time and made the birthday party a blast! We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you 😊
