in October 2025 I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Path of Yoga in Chiang Mai, and overall it was a meaningful and enriching experience. The location at Mala Dhara was wonderful, the peaceful atmosphere, comfortable dorms, and delicious all-vegan food made it a great place to stay. If you’re not used to a fully vegan diet, it’s helpful to bring some snacks to eat between meals. A big bonus was the sauna, which I really enjoyed. I also made lifelong friends and gained valuable background knowledge about yoga that I can apply both on and off the mat. This training is not a retreat but a learning-focused program, and independent study is definitely required. The classes were informative, and the teachers were kind, understanding, and supportive whenever help was needed. One practical note: make sure you have sufficient internet access, as some communication is done via WhatsApp. I’m very grateful for the experience and would recommend Path of Yoga to anyone looking for a meaningful YTT.
I absolutely love everything from this 200hours training. The location was great, Mala Dhara in Thailand. About 40 minutes drive to Chiang Mai, which in my opinion is great not to be too close to town so there is no distractions during the training days and it’s within a decent taxi ride to the city. I am so grateful for Amy and Chris, the two teachers on this month training, both so professional and knowledgeable, I learned way more than expected. I felt so loved and held, we did many different ceremonies and had beautiful sharing and experiences. My heart is so full. I feel ready to teach and share this passion with the world even though my priority was to only deepen my knowledge and practice. Thank you for this school and all the beings working to make it possible. Much love to all. If you’re thinking to take this YTT, go for it, you won’t regret it 💛
I’m currently in the process of completing my 200 YTT at PoY, I did a hybrid course so I got to spend the first two weeks in Chiang Mai. It was such an amazing experience. The teachers Amy and Chris were down to earth, intelligent and passionate. My classmates were fantastic people each with their own unique perspective and knowledge to add. The environment was crafted to perfection, delicious food, stunning views and meaningful content. The online course is set up in a way that allows me to take it in small bits. Which allows me to really digest the content when I have time. I am forever grateful for my time there. Couldn’t recommend this school enough!
I went for PoY 200hr YTT in Chiang Mai in Oct 2025 and what a wonderful ride it was! Through the loving guidance of fantastic teachers Amy and Chris, I’ve learnt not only about the power of yoga on the mat, but off the mat too (love how they don’t overemphasise one over the other). As a regular yoga practitioner, I went in thinking I could master the asana part alone but the course humbled me in an enriching way. From learning how to be safe yoga teachers to delving into yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, conscious communications and more, this course gave me invaluable lessons, insights and personal breakthroughs. Shoutout to Amy, Chris, Hualan and my fellow course mates who taught me to be more present, connected and authentic as we go through this thing called life. 🧘♀️❤️
The 200-hr Path of Yoga YTT was a wonderful month in the outskirts of Chiang Mai filled with immersive learning, daily practise to the most beautiful and serene scenary, philosophy, posture clinics, hands-on adjustment practise, anatomy, delicious and healthy food, and so much more. The teachers, Josh & Angela generously shared their knowledge, passion, and energy with us. The teaching practice began almost immediately in order to prepare us to be able to teach classes by the end of the YTT. I am so grateful for that as after heading home, I've been able to start teaching my own classes armed with the knowledge and confidence that the course has given me. One of the feedback I've consistently gotten so far is: the cues which I've learnt from this YTT, was incredibly clear and easy to understand. The PoY 200hr was the perfect beginning to my teaching journey and for that, I am truly grateful 🙏

Transformative yoga teacher training for a deeper practice and teaching journey.
