Patriot Roofing did a great job helping us navigate the claims process with our insurance company. They provided storm reports that helped our claim get approved for a new roof. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, they were always on time, and communication was excellent. The crew that worked on our roof had our old roof removed and new roof installed in less than two days. They did a great job cleaning up and removing debris. Patriot offered many shingle varieties, and our new roof looks awesome! We couldn't recommend them more!
We have a flat roof over our garage we wanted to make into a usable balcony patio. At the time we had very thing plywood and asphalt roofing that was uncomfortable to stay on. We called many contractors and roofers but they did not seem interested in our job. Blake came out and listened to our concerns, heard our ideas, and offered solutions on the spot with good reasoning behind them. Sure enough we booked them and they set a time to start. Before starting we had to place a 50% deposit that could be paid online or in person. Online process was incredibly easy and offers either card payment or bank account linking. Absolutely zero issue getting that taken care of. When the time came Blake and several workers came and took off the old material. Afterwards they started getting to work on repairing some of the damaged joists, and set thicker plywood to make walking more stable. Afterward he had a separate team lay down TPO and they were pros with it. Overall we had the process done and dusted within 2 weeks! Overall, good contractors are diamonds in the rough and this team is certainly a patch of em!
Definitely 5 stars. I highly recommend Patriot roofing. I called them for an important roof repair and they responded quickly and performed the repair on the site visit. PR is a professional, friendly and affordable roofing company. When it comes time to replace my roof, they will get the call for sure. (Veteran owned as well)
I signed up for the free inspection. Appointment scheduling was easy and Harrison arrived right on time. He completed the inspection and went over every picture with me. He said one slit in particular was of concern and would need to be removed and replaced. This roof has Malarky architectural shingles and is less than 5 years old. He said that type of damage usually is caused by shingle installer, the remaining cuts usually from shingle installer. He did a comprehensive report with the pictures and I will be sending a copy to Maupin roofing since the roof is still under labor warranty. I would never have been aware if I not taken advantage of Patriot free inspection. Since mine is still under warranty I will go back to Maupin, but future needs I will definitely want to get with Patriot.
Called Patriot and got a call back from Blake who came by the same day to discuss our needs. Blake was a wealth of information guiding us through the whole process of filing our roof damage claim. He met with the insurance adjuster and lead us through all the process. We were so grateful for his help through the all of it. High praise for Luke and his crew who came early worked hard and quickly without problems and did a fantastic clean up of the area. Patriot Roofing does great work and I will recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement.
